A - Length Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the garment (high point shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom of the item.
B - Chest Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the measuring tape horizontal.
C - Sleeve length Place one end of the tape at the top of the set-in sleeve, then pull the tape down until you reach the hem of the sleeve.

Delivery
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if they are misprinted, damaged, or defective.
Once you hand your return over to the shipper, you can typically expect your refund within four weeks. This includes:
- 5–10 business days for your return to reach us,
- 3–5 business days for us to process your return,
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
If your package was lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Any issues caused by an error on our part will be fully covered at our expense.
To start a return, simply log in to your account, go to the "Complete Orders" section under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
